Dylan's visit is going well, except I am again suffering from insomnia. I have no idea why, unless eating a sampling of my See's candy right before bed was a baaaad idea.

There's nothing much going on here. I found a code to make an Internet quiz and I'm working on the questions and everything else now... Hopefully, the code will work. I suspect I'll be pulling my hair out over it, like I do with everything remotely technical and non-fuzzy.

In a post-apocalyptic, Mad Max style society I'd be useless. Not only does perpetuating the human race make me queasy, but the only things I'd be able to do would be something like painting on cave walls or making handmade paper and binding books. I'm not even sure I could bind a book without string, a needle, and a good sharp scissors. (Not to mention a glue stick and some beeswax!)

I'm sure I'd be killed while trying to trade a handmade book for precious drinking water and/or foodstuffs.

Though, you never know. I *did* read every installment of Jean Auel's Earth Children series, and I might be able to fudge my way through leather tanning or soap making or something.
