Oy. I am exhausted. We went to Uncle R.'s to help him with his website tonight. I've been feeling drained ever since I conked my head on Monday, (I stopped taking my allergy meds because they lowered my bp too much, so my allergies are making me tired) and so by the end of a few hours of messing around with the domain, etc I was worn out completely. Thank GOD he wanted a very simple website or I would've pulled my hair out,and Amy showed him how to make the site in D/w.
However, I will give him credit. Uncle R. was very very helpful. He owns the huge, lavishly equipped silkscreening studio that Amy and I have used from time to time, but I realized tonight that we've been winging it. He went over each piece of equipment in detail tonight. We heard how to *properly* use the dryer, how to use the portable paint flasher, and how to make it easy to line up a 2 color screen. Hot-cha. He's showing us how to burn screens properly tomorrow... Amy did a fine job with our screens, but this will be a bit more definite (instead of just guessing when the screens were done)
I saw my Gram and Aunt Ruthann at the end of the evening, as well. Aunt Ruthann bought someone's kid a Wilson soccerball (with Wilson painted on it) so everyone kept saying "Wiiillllssooonn..." like Tom Hanks in Castaway. I'm rambling. I'm ready to fall asleep. Heh.
