Just so that you know, Alyce's gown was made from very old material. It has some inevitable slight discoloration of the material here and there - you can see it in the pictures, but it is very faint. So I wanted to make sure you knew that since I work with material that is 40 or 50 years old, it has character and isn't "perfect" like new fabric would be.

I've been admiring the dolls on your site for some time, as well as enjoying your historical rants and quizzes. For some reason, whenever I take your wives of Henry VIII quiz, I switch between Anne Boleyn, Kathryn Howard and Katherine Parr, depending on the mood I'm in at the time. I don't know what that says about me.
Anyway, I'll add you to my fiends list (cheesy typo intentional) if you don't mind. You're more than welcome to add me back - my diary contains a lot in the way of writing-related waffle (I'm writing my second novel and trying to get my first published), my avaricious spending habits and general dark-tempered mutterings on the state of the world.
