It's called Rabbit Rescue, starring Amy Sedaris and about a dozen rabbits in a cupcake shop. It's a commercial for Office 2007, but the first half is just bunnies and Amy Sedaris. Look for the bunny that taps on the bell repeatedly and the one typing like mad on the keyboard... hysterical.
This is probably my favorite moment:

Amy Sedaris has, or did at the time, a lovely old wooden framed screen door, separating her bedroom from the rest of her tiny apartment. And Todd Oldham, her decorating and fellow vintage cookbook fan, helps her redecorate constantly!
